The presence and activities of ICT and IT-enabled Multinational Corporations (MNCs) helps the survival, entrance, and growth of domestic ICT firms through backward, forward, and horizontal supply chain linkages. Lack of appropriate policies to support participation of domestic firms in MNC supply chains does not permit domestic ICT firms to take full advantage of the potential benefits of the presence and activities of ICT-enabled MNCs
