Annexes 4 to 6 catalogued separatelyThe outcomes of the project include formulation of key aspects of policy-based tobacco control interventions that can be translated to other non-communicable diseases (NCD) risk factors; improved project planning and evaluation skills; and enhanced cohesion of a global network of organizations working on policy-based interventions to address unhealthy eating and physical inactivity. The study also aimed to better understand why tobacco control groups in Canada are reluctant to broaden their scope to address other NCD risk factors. This report reviews activities, outputs and outcomes, referencing materials and publications that were developed over the course of the project
