This brief newsletter reports on symposium presentations regarding Policy Process in the Government of Afghanistan and hosted by University of Central Asia (UCA) Institute of Public Policy and Administration (IPPA). The event was organised in partnership with the Ministry of Finance of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, and took place in Kabul (2014).
