Synthesis of the national knowledge mapping studies

Knowledge Access in Rural Inter-connected Areas Network (KariaNet) is the only regional network for the management (KM) and sharing of knowledge (KS) in agriculture and rural development. But the role of KariaNet is to only complement national KM/KS strategies – when they exist. It is therefore important to catalyze the emergence of KM/KS strategies in countries where the concept is absent (Sudan and Yemen).
