Gendered analysis of vulnerability to climate change among smallholder farmers : the case of Same district

About 90% of households’ farm work was perceived to be women’s role. The study recommends that Government and NGOs should address gender in policies intending to cope with climate change impact and vulnerability. As innovators, organizers, leaders, educators and caregivers, women are uniquely positioned to help curb the harmful consequences of a changing climate.
