The findings and recommendations of this report address data, information gaps and needs, and next steps in ensuring participatory policy-making that enhances accessibility and delivery of information to the public. This study makes recommendations on how parliament and members of parliament can continue to make critical information available to the people of Kenya, and why such proactive information sharing serves to create institutional credibility among electorates. Despite the right to information being entrenched in the constitution, there is a lack of public awareness about legal rights related to access to information
