Based on the results of these studies a participatory adaptation strategy has been tailored to the needs of communities, and adaptation actions have been promoted. The study reflected in this Bulletin is intended as a decision-making tool for public policy planning in the region, towards implementing effective actions, and to ensure development in harmony with nature
