Further impediments include a lack of trained physicians, and logistical difficulties in arranging face-to-face TB Diagnostic Committee consultations, especially in rural areas. The electronic approach described in this article was applied in both Pakistan and the Philippines. The results show the usefulness of the telehealth ‘iPath’ program applications, along with diagnostic and platform issues experienced by participants
