The Think Tank Initiative team defined four evaluation topics: context, input, process, and output (CIPO). This paper reviews some observations from participants about the learning event. There was consensus about the high levels of engagement of most participants, a good division of themes, an inspiring evaluation team, and sensitive facilitation. Further development of different learning approaches (peer learning, learning exchanges, executive training, e-forum best practices) as well as choosing the appropriate learning approach/methodology could be valuable for future events
