The presentation reviews the results of a consumer survey, and highlights areas of key concern such as limited network coverage; dropped calls and congested networks; the high price of handsets for some consumers; and inadequate awareness of consumer rights. The study reveals the need for wide consultation amongst all the players: Government; Regulators; broadband providers; consumer rights associations and customers, to create a forum for discussions around issues affecting ICT usage in Rwanda
