Meeting: Consumers Rights Workshop, 9th December 2010, MUPrevious research for this programme made a number of specific recommendations with both policy and regulatory implications and concluded that there were three clear issues that affected consumers adversely in the ICT sector: price of service; quality of service; and access to service. This second stage of research will cover African regulators in five countries: Ethiopia, Kenya, Mauritius, Rwanda and Zambia.
