Final technical report : on living the information society

The project supported the growth of an Asian community of practice, and developed a regional research agenda in relation to the socio-economic effects of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in Asia. This final report highlights the outcomes from the initial milestones, along with the outputs of the grants given to young Filipino researchers.
