The project supported the growth of an Asian community of practice, and developed a regional research agenda in relation to the socio-economic effects of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in Asia. This final report highlights the outcomes from the initial milestones, along with the outputs of the grants given to young Filipino researchers. The conference and ICT4D workshops are reviewed as well as research outputs and a book publication
