The study investigated usage of ICT by Ghanaian youth; identified policy gaps; and explored potential of ICT in education, continuing education and employment for youth. This included gender parity in the use and effects of ICTs among in-school and out-of-school youth in Ghana. According to the study, school drop out rate from primary school to senior secondary was 21.2%. Almost all young people (100%) have access to computers, at least at outside sources such as their institutions, cyber cafes and communication centres.
