The report provides outcomes and outputs of the project which was aimed at community members previously outside mainstream political discourse (women, youth and the disabled). The project increased access to, and capacity for the knowledge and use of ICTs through computer skills-training programs. As well, interactive radio shows involved local audiences and government officials. The ICT4D policy envisages the establishment of e-governance in Ghana and acknowledges the critical role of ICTs in the decentralization process. The project has worked to bridge the gap between ordinary people and their leaders by demystifying government processes
