Meeting: Strategy Planning Workshop of the Feminist Network on Gender, Development and Information Society Policies, 5-7 October, 2007, Bangalore, INThe network is a Community of Expertise under the United Nations Global Alliance on ICTs for Development (UNGAID), with the aim of studying intersecting themes of Gender, Development and Information Society Policies, towards furthering policy processes at local, national and global levels. Five theme-based panels were followed by the presentation of a framework for policy analysis, an open session for reflection on research imperatives and advocacy strategies, and a panel on global feminist collaboration for advocacy.
