This paper reproduces past articles reporting on small and medium-sized enterprises. In the next issue, we will attempt reanalysis from the point of view of small and medium-sized enterprises as assets in Japanese society. Small and medium-sized businesses are tossed about by sudden changes in the domestic and international economic environment. We will analyze their role as community assets, by comparing conditions from 15 years ago with those of today, in order to identify how management has been maintained under these circumstances.ここでは、中小企業に関わる過去の取材記事を再録する。その上で次号に地財の視点で再度分析を試みる。中小企業は内外の経済環境の激変に翻弄されている、そのなかで、如何に、経営を維持してきたのか、15年前と今日を比較してみることで経営継続に果たす地財の役割を分析する
