The program uses a networking approach to provide financial support, meetings, resource persons, access to literature, publication outlets, and opportunities for comparative research across its ten member countries: Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, China, Papua New Guinea and Sri Lanka. Several projects, in Sri Lanka, Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia, reported significant impact on policy and community action.
