Diffusion of SAS2 methods in Bolivia

This report has been subject to an internal review process to ensure accuracy and quality.Cebem (Centro Boliviano de Estudios Multidisciplinarios) was a focal point for the dissemination of Social Analysis Systems - Phase II (SAS 2) in Bolivia and the Latin American region. This one-pager provides an overview of the collaborative learning project, which aimed to incorporate SAS2 approaches and tools into the practice of social forestry, with attention to bridging gaps between local and expert knowledge. Applications of SAS2 strengthened the dynamics of collaborative learning and showed that dialogue among diverse perspectives generates a renewed understanding of particular realities
