SAS reports are made available in order to provide timely access to the information by interested researchers. This report has been subject to an internal review process to ensure accuracy and quality.The project aimed to identify elements of the Learning Culture (LC) that contribute directly to achieving business results, engage newcomers, and co-create a Charter of behavioural practices for upholding LC success.
