AbstractAccording to the clinical symptom, the number of malaria cases in Sebuku on 2011 was increased. Hence, an epidemiology research was needed. The research was located in Kekayap Village, Subdistrict Sebuku District of Nunukan. Variables examined were host, agent, and environment. There were 112 peoples taken for parasitological samples and 93 people for Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice (KAP) study. The research activities were parasitological, entomology, KAP, and environment survey. The result showed 8 people (Slide Positivity Rate 7,14 %) were infected by malaria (falciparum and vivax) and considered as new infection of malaria.
