'E-Readiness assessment tools' were created specifically for developing countries. In terms of healthcare, the idea of e-readiness can be defined as "the degree to which users, healthcare institutions, and the healthcare system itself are prepared to participate and succeed with e-health implementation.” In the first phase of validation, in-depth interviews were conducted with managers and healthcare providers from four institutions in Islamabad. Changes were made in the tools based on suggestions given by the participants.
