'E-Readiness assessment tools' were created specifically for developing countries. In terms of healthcare, the idea of e-readiness can be defined as "the degree to which users, healthcare institutions, and the healthcare system itself are prepared to participate and succeed with e-health implementation.” In the first phase of validation, in-depth interviews were conducted with managers and healthcare providers from four institutions in Islamabad. Changes were made in the tools based on suggestions given by the participants. The study aimed to develop such tools for developing countries and conduct validity and reliability testing of these tools in Pakistan
