Section I explains legislation in Argentina and Brazil and how enforcement has evolved; Section II explains the relationship between competition agencies and regulatory bodies, as well as international cooperation efforts. The conclusions analyze strengths and weaknesses of laws and their application, aiming to contribute to the progress of legislation and policies for the defence of competition
