Background: Low Birth Weight (LBW) is still a public health problem in many countries because it is considered to be one of the causes of infant mortality. LBW can also seriously affected the quality of future generations because it can slow the growth and development of children, and therefore contributes to a decrease of intelligence. Methods: This was a secondary data analysis, where data sources are result of Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) in 2010 with coverage of all provinces in Indonesia.
