A study was conducted to determine the effect of density and species mosquitoes larvae on the feeding Capability of Mesocyclops sp. Observations were conducted for 72 hours of exposure. In this study two densities and three species of first instar larvae were evaluated against Mesocyclops sp. The ratio used were respectively 25 : 50 and 25 : 75. The result showed that feeding capability of Mesocyclops sp. on Ae. aegypti larvae was the highest, followed by Cx. quinqucfasciatus and An. aconitus. There was no significant difference between the two population densities of Cx. quinqucfasciatus and An. aconitus larvae. A significant difference was only revected on Ae. aegypti larvae
