Запад – исламский мир: политический контекст активизации диалога цивилизаций

The article’s aim is to analyze the relations between the West and the Muslim World. The author is taking into consideration a number of factors of the global and regional politics that negatively affect the creation of constructive relations between two «worlds». At the same time the problem of realization of the concept of Dialogue Among Civilizations becomes more necessary due to the increasing threats to global and regional security.Key words: dialogue among civilizations, the West, the Muslim world, global affairs, the multipolar world, transformation, conflict, treats to global and regional security.Статья посвящена анализу отношений между Западом и исламским миром. Автор рассматривает комплекс факторов мировой и региональной политики, действие которых препятствует выстраиванию конструктивных отношений между двумя «мирами». Вместе с тем проблема реализации концепции диалога цивилизаций приобретает все большую актуальность в свете возрастания угроз глобальной и региональной безопасности.
