KINERJA GURU PAUD YANG SUDAH TERSERTIFIKASI DI KECAMATAN LEBONG UTARA

Formulation of the problem in this research is, how early childhood teacher performance that has been certified in the District of North Lebong in lesson planning, implementation of learning and assessment of learning outcomes of students. This study aimed to describe the performance that has been certified early childhood teachers in the District of North Lebong. The approach used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Subjects in the study of teachers that have been certified in the District of North Lebong. Data collection tools used in the performance of early childhood teachers who have been certified in the District of North Lebong is the observation and documentation in early childhood teacher performance that has been certified in the District of North Lebong. Analysis of the data used that argument. The results showed that the performance of teachers who have been certified in the District of North Lebong is good enough. It can be seen from the lesson plan, the implementation of learning and assessment of learning outcomes. Teachers suggested ECD need to incorporate in lesson planning weekly activities, in the exploration and elaboration facilitating learners to present their work and mebuat criteria in the assessment process
