The purpose of this research was to analyze the direct effect of the principal transformational leadership toward teacher principal trasformational leadership and organisation culture do together toward teacher job performance at Senior High School 1 seluma regency. The result showed (1) the principal transformational leadership gave effect which significance toward teacher job performance (2) The organisation culture gave significance effect toward teacher job performance.
