The use of the word culture in organizational analysis includes the effects of interactions between environmental organizations and the culture of the country where they are located. In Kosovo businesses styles of leadership differ from one another depending on the environment and organizational culture. Cultural differences play important roles in the organization, particularly in motivating subordinates and increasing the performance.
