PROCESS SIMULATION AND PROCESS OPTIMIZATION FOR DRIVING LICENSE PROCESS BY USING PROCESS SIMULATOR

In order to survive in competitive environments, many organizations need to continuously improve their business processes weather it may be government or private sector. Process Simulation enables all type of organizations of all sizes to develop new process which means improving and altering the ways in which companies operate and interact with customers. Simulation has an important role in modeling and analyzing the activities in earlier stages and it enables the redesigned process on system performance. This paper presents a new methodology that addresses some of the problems are faced with in the ROAD TRANSPORT OFFICE LICENSE ISSUING DEPTARMENT. A real field process is modeled using process simulation software is presented.
