The government of Sri Lanka has initiated e-Sri Lanka Nenasala program with the objective of taking the dividend of ICT to every village. Even though the program has been operating for seven years, only a few studies have examined the success of this project. Primary focus of this study was on assessing the progress of e- Nenasala in achieving its objectives. This study attempted to explore the telecenter movement and its sustainability (financial, social and political) by identifying the interactions between key stakeholders.
