Employee engagement has been associated with goal attainment in both organizational and individual domains. Thus, increased attention has been paid on identifying the factors influencing employee engagement. Studies have identified the impact of work-life balance on employee engagement at varying degrees. The objective of this study is to identify whether perceived organizational support moderates the relationship between work-life balance and employee engagement.
