Theoretically e-Governance is an ideal development strategy for under-developed nations as it can create SMART(simple, moral, accountable, responsive and transparent) government. In fact countries like India has proven this fact by implementing e-Governance at regional level successfully. Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Andra Pradesh are among the world class example for planning, development and successful implementation of e-Governance as a development endeavor.
