This contribution revolves around the main topics regarding the impact of gender on the culture of organization. The specific objective is exploring the organizational context and the working conditions within good examples of Diversity Management. The research, in fact, aims at developing a model of knowledge that is useful to re-think the existing forms of flexicurity with the purpose of increasing female occupation and promoting sustainable territory development.
