The Guarantee Mechanism of Small Business Lending

The state and the problems of the small business system in the Russian Federation are primarily associated with its financial conditions. Insufficient rate of small business growth relates to a variety of causes, including lack of availability of the long-term lending resources. Small business lending conditions need state-financing backing.
