The research was qualitative approaches. The research design for qualitative research was In-Dept Interview with Ethnographic research technique of with 10 Thai peoples who live at Mekong River bank in Ubon Ratchani Province, the Northeastern region of Thailand. The content from qualitative research was analyzed to construct the questionnaire for quantitative research. Factor analysis was used for determination the component factors.
