PENINGKATAN NILAI TAMBAH HASIL PERTANIAN MELALUI PELATIHAN PENGOLAHAN PISANG MAS KIRANA DI DUSUN BARU TAMBING KEKEQ KABUPATEN LOMBOK TENGAH

Dusun Baru Tambing Kekeq is one of villages in Central Lombok which has two of well-known waterfalls on Lombok Island, those are Benang Setokel Fall and Benang Kelambu Fall. Although this village contributes to local income, but the life of its citizens is still modest and the economic level of citizens is still relatively low. Therefore, this devotional program aims to improve the soft skills of citizens in processing agricultural products surround the village, especially banana which is the most abundant product in the village. This devotional activity was attended by mothers of family welfare coaching, the fathers of farmer groups and students with 25 people in total as participants. This program consists of five main activities, which are counseling of banana processing technology, training of banana juice making, training of banana syrup making, training of product packaging and labeling, and marketing of processed products. Participants not only taught how to make the product but also knew how to packaged, labeled, and sell the products so that the processed products that have been made can be worth-high selling, competitive and sustainable.Keywords: Dusun Baru Tambing Kekeq, Banana Processing Technology, Mas Banan
