This study aims to determine the effect of total quality management variables, performance measurement systems, and reward systems on employee performance at a manufacturing company specifically PT. Satrindo Utama Makmur. The research design used is quantitative research. The population in the study were all employees of PT. Satrindo Utama totaling 520. The sampling technique used was convinience sampling, with the number of respondents being 75 people. The data source in the study is primary data.
