The aims of this study were to compare the effects of different vehicles and removal techniques on calcium hydroxide removal and to evaluate the effect of calcium hydroxide residues on push-out bond strength of different sealers. In this study, 152 single rooted human teeth were used. After removal of crowns, root canals were prepared by using Protaper rotary nickel titanium system. 48 teeth for comparison of removal techniques were divided into two groups and root canals were filled with Calasept and Surepaste (n=24).
