In this master thesis study; the Zinc Oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles which is gaining an increasing importance nowadays in research and technology areas, have been synthesized and the structural and magnetic characterization of these samples are performed. For this purpose, undoped and Mn, Cu and Co doped (1%, 2% and 5%) ZnO nanoparticles are synthesized by using Hydrothermal, Chemical Coprecipitation and Hydrosis synthesis methods. For the structural analysis of the samples synthesized, X-ray powder diffractometer (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) techniques have been used.
