Eko Oteller'den Hizmet Satın Alma Niyetinde Tüketici Etik İnançları İle Sorumlu Turist Davranışının Etkileri

In our contemporary world, the rise of the concept of sustainability has added to the weight of the issues like conservation of natural and cultural environment and protection of local life. Changes take place in tourist behaviour as well, and the responsible tourist behaviour becomes more widespread, which, in turn, creates a need for more research in the area of responsible tourist behaviour. Thus, in an attempt to contribute to the related literature, the purpose of this study is to assess the effects of, on one hand the ethical beliefs of consumers on responsible tourist behaviour, and on the other, effects of responsible tourist behaviour on service purchase intentions regarding eco-hotels. The research query and hypothesis of the study have been designed within the framework of these objectives and the related model has been developed. In order to test the hypothesis and the query question the questionnaire method was used as the main data collection technique.Son dönemlerde sürdürülebilirlik kavramının önem kazanması ile doğal ve kültürel çevrenin korunması, yerel halkın kalkınmasına önem verilmesi gibi birçok kavram da önem kazanmaktadır. Buna göre turist davranışlarında da farklılaşmalar oluşabilmekte ve sorumlu turist davranışı yaygınlaşabilmektedir. Bu nedenle, sorumlu turist davranışına ilişkin çalışmaların artışı önemli olabilecektir. Dolayısıyla literatürü bu anlamda zenginleştirmek için çalışmanın amacı, tüketicinin etik inançlarının, sorumlu turist davranışı üzerine etkilerinin ve sorumlu turist davranışının, eko otellerden hizmet satın alma niyeti üzerine etkilerinin saptanması olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu amaçlardan hareketle, çalışmanın araştırma sorusu ve hipotezi oluşturulmuş ve bu doğrultuda önerilen model geliştirilmiştir. Hipotezin ve araştırma sorusunun test edilebilmesi için birincil veri toplama yöntemlerinden olan anket yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemi 427 kişiden oluşmaktadır
