Zorunlu Göç ve Kadın Deneyimi: Diyarbakır Örneği

Mass migration of rural population became a social fact due to displacement policies of the state by using its power in the Eastern and South-eastern regions of Turkey since late 1990s. Diyarbakır, the main and most important metropol of South-east region, is one of the cities, which witnessed the practical displacement of migrating population. The people, who came to Diyarbakır as a result of forced migration, chaneged social, cultural and political structures of the city. Alongside this fact, a process of harmonization and integration with the city had been started for those who underwent forced migration. Half of the people who were forced to migrate consists of individual women and these women's experiences, narratives, needs, expectations, and strategies to understand the world, which seems to be different, is worth to study. Considering this fact, this study claims that women's experiences in the process of forced migration must be analyzed to understand dynamics, harmonious anTürkiye nin Doğu ve Güneydoğusunda 1990 ların sonlarından itibarek devlet eliyle gerçekleştirilen yerinden etme uygulamaları, bölgedeki kırsal nüfusun kitlesel göçüne sebep olmuştur. Bu nüfusun yeniden yerleşme pratiklerine tanıklık eden kentlerden biri ise, Güneydoğu bölgesinin en önemli anakenti olan Diyarbakır dır. Zorunlu göçle Diyarbakır a gelen nüfus, kentin sosyal, kültürel ve politik olarak değişime uğramasına yol açmıştır. Yanı sıra zorunlu göçle gelen nüfus da, kentle uyum ve bütünleşme sürecine girmiştir. Zorunlu göç sonucu Diyarbakır a yerleşen nüfusun yaklaşık yarısını kadın bireyler teşkil etmektedir. Yerinden edilerek yaşamları yapısal ve pratik olarak değişmeye zorlanan, aynı zamanda yeniden yerleşimin kurulduğu sosyal yapıyı da yapısal ve pratik olarak değişmeye zorlayan nüfusun dikkate değer bir parçasını oluşturan kadınların, toplumun diğer kesimlerinden farklı yaşantı, anlatı, ihtiyaç, beklenti ve anlamlandırma stratejilerine sahip oldukları varsayımıyla, bu tez
