The aim of this study was to evaluate upper extremity functions in patients with thoracic outlet syndrome and to compare patients with cervical radiculopathy and healthy group. 27 TOS patients aged between 18-65 years; 26 patients with cervical radiculopathy and 26 volunteer individuals without any diagnosis or symptoms live in Ankara were included to the study. 122 extremities of the participants were evaluated. Evaluations were made only once. Demographic data of each individual were recorded. Semmes-Weinstein monofilament test was used to evaluate the touch sensation of upper extremity; numerical rating scale was used to assess the severity of pain. To determine motor exposure; Jamar hand dynamometer was used for gross grip and pinchmeter was used for pinch strengths. Minnesota hand dexterity test, Purdue pegboard hand dexterity test and disabilities of the arm, shoulder and hand questionnaire were used to evaluate upper extremity dexterity and functions. As a result it was found that fine and gross dexterity of cervical radiculopathy patients were more affected than the patient with TOS (p<0,05); general function of upper extremity was more affected in TOS group (p <0.05) and dexterity and upper extremity function decreased as symptom level increased in patients with Thoracic Outlet syndrome (p <0.05). In patients with TOS and cervical radiculopathy, it is necessary to focus on the evaluation of pain, sensory and motor involvement, upper extremity skills and functions in order to plan the correct treatment program. Bu çalışmanın amacı TOS’lu bireylerde üst ekstremite fonksiyonlarının değerlendirilmesi ve servikal radikülopatili hastalarla ve sağlıklı grupla karşılaştırılmasıydı. Çalışmaya, 18-65 yaş aralığında 27 TOS tanılı; 26 servikal radikülopati tanılı hasta ve kontrol grubu olarak Ankara ilinde yaşayan herhangi bir tanısı ya da semptomu olmayan 26 gönüllü birey dahil edildi. Çalışmaya katılan bireylere ait 122 ekstremite değerlendirildi. Değerlendirmeler yalnızca bir defa yapıldı. Çalışmaya katılan her bireyin demografik bilgileri kaydedildi. Bireylerin üst ekstremite dokunma duyusunu değerlendirmek için Semmes-Weinstein monofilament testi; ağrı şiddetlerini değerlendirmek için sayısal değerlendirme skalası kullanıldı. Motor etkilenimi belirlemek için; Jamar el dinamometresi ile kaba kavrama ve pinchmetre ile parmak kavrama kuvvetleri değerlendirildi. Üst ekstremite ince ve kaba motor becerilerinin değerlendirilmesinde; Minnesota El Beceri Testi ve Purdue Pegboard El Beceri Testi; üst ekstremite genel fonksiyonunun ve özrünün değerlendirilmesinde ise Kol, Omuz, El Sorunları Anketi (DASH) kullanıldı. Sonuç olarak Servikal Radikülopatili hastaların ince ve kaba motor becerisinin TOS’lu hastalardan daha fazla etkilenmiş olduğu (p<0,05); üst ekstremite genel fonksiyonunun TOS grubunda daha çok etkilendiği (p<0,05) ve TOS’lu bireylerin semptom seviyesi arttıkça el beceri ve fonksiyonlarının da etkilendiği (p
