Alcohol is the substance whose importance is increasing gradually in forensic medical science. Alcohol intake needs to be shown especially in criminal cases. Because of reducing to under the limit of detection, ethyl alcohol does not be determined in a short time in both blood and urine. It has been recently important to analyze ethyl glucuronide (EtG) and ethyl sulfate (EtS), minor metabolites of ethanol. In our study, it was aimed to show kinetics of EtG and EtS in blood and urine after taking 0.5 g/kg ethanol.
