This research aimed to characterize the perceived food environment, food practices and nutritional status of employees of a private company in Santa Catarina (SC). Transversal and descriptive research conducted with 27 workers from a healthy food company in Palhoça, SC. Waist circumference, weight and height were measured, and a questionnaire containing the Nutrition Environment Measures Survey Perceived (NEMS-P), translated and adapted, and the University Student Feeding Practices Assessment Instrument (IPRAE) were also adapted.
