Se desarrolló un método de medición directa para obtener las curvas I-V a oscuras de celdas individuales de un módulo fotovoltaico sin necesidad de desarmarlo. Se verificó experimentalmente la validez del método y se utilizó un modelo de circuito eléctrico de simulación, que permite analizar el efecto de los diferentes parámetros de las celdas sobre las características eléctricas de los módulos y vincular los mismos con los posibles mecanismos de degradación.A simple method of obtaining the dark I-V curves of a single cell in a photovoltaic module was developed.
