Instagram is a new media which is a development of mass media. This is what causes humans to easily spread information and even a culture. Korean Wave is a popular culture from Korea that is very fast to spread, one of which is through this Instagram media. Instagram contributes in providing a picture of the meaning of masculinity. One boy band from South Korea namely Beyond The Scene (BTS) also utilizes Instagram media to provide information and interact with audiences. This boy band, which in 2019 has 19.3 million followers, often uploads photos with a fashion style that is quite unique. The fashion style gave rise to different responses from the audience, especially about the concept of masculinity.The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and interpretive with reception analyst approach from Stuart Hall. To obtain data, researchers used the Focus Group Discusion (FGD) method on 6 male members in the K-Popers community namely BLAST Entertainment and Documentation to strengthen the authenticity of the data. After that the data will be examined and grouped into 3 reception categories namely, Dominant reading, negotiated reading, and Oppositional reading. The results of this study indicate that most members of the BLAST community do not agree that the BTS fashion style on Instagram is part of the masculine concept. This is marked by 3 informants included in the Oppositional Reading category. However, rejecting this masculine concept did not stop them from working and continued to adopt and make the fashion of this Korean boy band their mecca
