This article was written after conducting two focus groups with victims who had used the local Victim Contact service offered by the Probation Service. This was part of the team’s work to check victim satisfaction with the service they offered. The focus groups helped form practical suggestions for future service delivery which were presented to the Victim Contact Team and some of which were subsequently implemented
