Análise do sequenciamento vacinal contra Hepatite B em adultos em idade laborativa atendidos pela Práxis-imunização

The national vaccination schedule includes from the birth to adult life of the individual, however, most adults do not keep the card up-to-date. In this sense, ANAMT and SBIm have developed a guide titled "Update on occupational vaccination- Practical guide” aiming to decrease aearly mortality of immunopreventable diseases, present in the adult vaccine calendar, such as Hepatitis B, the target of the present study, using extramural vaccination as a tool. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the sequencing of the vaccination schedule against Hepatitis B in adults with employment status in the city of Uberlândia, assisted by the Immunization Praxis Extension Project. METHODOLOGY: This is a quantitative, analytical, cross-sectional and retrospective study of the actions of the Immunization Practices - Practical Vaccination Activity project with the adult community in the years 2015 to 2018 of access through the SIPNI online program all adults of working age. RESULTS: 250 records were used, of which 57,6% were male and 42,4% female. Being that the age groups between 20 and 50 years old, were the ones that more attended for the vaccine against Hepatitis Ba decrease was found in the number of people who received the initial dose of the vaccine to complete the regimen, with 76.4% of the female population receiving the initial dose and only 25.4% completing the regimen, while 92% of the male population that received the inicial doseand 15,9% completed the scheme.in relation to days of delay between doses, it was observed that in the male population, the age group with the highest delay between the initial dose for the second dose was 31 to 40 years (20.8%) of the total population, and the largest delay for the third dose was 9%. in the group of women the age group of 31 to 40 years presented the biggest difference 18.8%. In the women group the vaccination schedule of the second dose for third the age group of 20 to 30 years with greater delay in 15% . CONCLUSION:The clear avoidance of individuals from the first dose to the following ones it's an alarming data, making clear the need to strengthen vaccination actions outside the walls in order to reach the vaccination coverage recommended.it is worth mentioning that this study made clear the importance of IS-PNI as a tool for recording and reporting, but the need to strengthen the commitment of professionals with the registry.Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação)INTRODUÇÃO: O calendário nacional de vacinação compreende o nascimento até a vida adulto do indivíduo, porém, a maioria dos adultos não mantem o cartão atualizado, nesse sentindo a ANAMT e SBIm elaboraram um guia intitulado “Atualização em vacinação ocupacional– Guia prático”, visando diminuir a mortalidade precoce de doenças imunopreviniveis presentes no calendário vacinal do adulto, como a Hepatite B, alvo do presente estudo, utilizando como ferramenta a vacinação extramuros. OBJETIVO: Analisar o sequenciamento do esquema vacinal contra a Hepatite B em adultos com vínculo empregatício na cidade de Uberlândia, atendidos pelo Projeto de Extensão Práxis de Imunização. METODOLOGIA: Estudo quantitativo de caráter analítico, transversal e retrospectivo das ações do projeto Práxis de Imunização – Atividade Prática de Vacinação com a comunidade adulta nos anos de 2015 a 2018 de acesso pelo programa online SIPNI, sendo analisados 250 registros de adultos em idade laborativa. RESULTADOS: Foram utilizados 250 registros, entre eles 57,6% era do gênero masculino. Sendo que a faixa etária predominante na vacinação foi de 20 a 50 anos. Houve diminuição em relação a quantidade de pessoas que receberam a dose inicial da vacina para a finalização do esquema, sendo que 76,4% da população feminina receberam a dose inicial, e apenas 25,4% finalizaram o esquema, enquanto 90,2% da população masculina receberam a dose inicial, e 15,9% concluíram o esquema. Em relação aos dias de atraso entre as doses, foi observado que na população masculina, a faixa etária com maior atraso entre a dose inicial para a segunda foi de 31 a 40 anos (20,8%) e o maior atrasado para a terceira dose foi de 9%. No grupo de mulheres a faixa etária de 31 a 40 anos apresentou a maior diferença 18,8%. No grupo mulheres o esquema vacinal da segunda dose para terceira a faixa etária de 20 a 30 anos com maior atraso em 15%. CONCLUSÃO: A clara evasão de indivíduos da primeira dose para doses subsequentes é um dado alarmante, evidenciando a necessidade de fortalecer as ações de vacinação extramuros com objetivo de atingir a cobertura vacinal preconizada
