In this research, it is aimed to determine the level that the organizational cultures of the employees working in sport facilities are explained by their job satisfaction and demographic characteristics. 162 employees participated in the research carried out in the relational screening model. The data of the study was collected through "Organizational Culture Scale" and "Job Satisfaction Scale". Hierarchical regression analysis was performed in the analysis of the data. As a result of the analysis, the innovative, bureaucratic and community cultures of the employees were determined to be meaningfully predicted only by job satisfaction.
