Numerous enterprise modelling approaches have been developed to represent and analyse enterprise activi-ties. The first objective of this research is to develop a model that focuses on value created for the various stakeholders that an enterprise deals with. The idea is to add to structural and functional description of activi-ties and processes a layer that interprets them in terms of the value they create. Value is considered here as the set of advantages and drawbacks as perceived by each stakeholder.The second objective is to develop a method for value-based assessment of enterprise performances.
